A&M called and offered the morning of signing day with some odd strong arm sign today tactics. Jahdae told coach Mo in the most polite terms ACES.
Aranda took the job at Baylor hired a corners coach that never reached out to introduce himself to Jahdae not one text or call. So he enters the portal.
Chris Ash offered him while at Rutgers and when he got the DC job at Texas the timing worked out that Jahdae had hit the portal and Ash/Velai offered him immediately. (Which may or may not have been a coincidence)
The rest is history or history in the making.
Not one of the guys Herman and co wanted ahead of him have been named Thorpe finalist let alone Thorpe winners.
Funny how life works out, just goes to show that if you have a dream don’t let go of it or feel sorry for yourself when one door closes. Keep believing and be ready when the door cracks open.
