How many of you guys remember the Fred Akers era and watched his teams? It was a long time ago but he built his teams around defense and special teams. And in that aspect Notre Dame is similar.

Tyler Warren is #44 name and he's certain to be somebody's #1 draft pick. They projecting him at 15th so maybe the cowboys will end up with him. ND did a good job slowing him down.

I mean, he had 8 touches for 96 yards. If that is him getting slowed down and the Cowboys pass on him at #12 they're as dumb as we all know.

Cowboys don't need a receiver. They need a matchup nightmare like Warren. Get a WR2 later in draft. Use all those 5th round picks on building defensive front 7 depth.
