We got killed in the officiating department. We lost two fumbles. We fielded a 3A JV secondary. The one time we actually got our hand on a pass, it magically bounces perfectly into the WR’s hands in the end zone. He didn’t even need to break stride.
Despite all that, we still had a legitimate chance to win the game in the end. This sucks. This one hurt bad. I’m trying my hardest to focus on the bright side, and appreciate this season for what it was, but I don’t really know how to do that right now. I’m quite possibly going to shed a tear or two after this. My wife and two daughters couldn’t care less. I’m sorry if I said anything during the game that pissed any of y’all off. I shouldn’t have access to my phone during games.
Long story short, I need a hug, man.
