Think it’s time we seriously consider hiring Chris Beard back to the coaching staff.
With Terry stepping up from assistant to the head coaching role, we could really use an assistant that preaches defense and recruits well. I presume we'll pay Terry roughly $4M / year which means we'll have a surplus of capital to lure Beard away from Oxford.
All in, you're still talking less than Bill Self, Jay Wright, Billy Donovan, or who knows - maybe Rick Pitino or Coach K…would cost.
