As bad as the news for the ACA has been over the past five years, the remaining illusion was shattered by the CBO and the White House itself this week. ACA didn’t make a dent in the uninsured rate, it has forced costs to rise faster than before, and it has killed millions of jobs that otherwise would have been created.
