I think the pose where he got slammed by the police is by far his best
I'd go with Mayfield because it more resembles the trophy, and it's actually during a play.

I'd take 2012 Johnny over anybody playing the game today.....warts and all. 2014-2017 notsomuch.
Manziel had a really good year his junior year but his senior year was lacking once his playmakers left. Look what Mayfield has accomplished this year after all of his play makers left last year.
Mayfield is a player....reminds me of Johnny in the way you love him if he is on your team and want to punch his face otherwise.
Johnny never made his junior year....his problem was that everyone watched the LSU film and figured out how to shut him down. Oh...and his other problem was Johnny.
I was referring to the whole picture/package comparing the two is what I based my decision on.
