If the allegations are false why take the step of issuing a statement refuting all of the key elements of the lawsuit? I am not experienced with corporate media relations but it would seem a concise statement of denial would be sufficient if even necessary. The issue will play out in court and will be thrown out if the allegations have no merit. To me this is a lot of smoke.
