We had:

1. A backup QB with no experience, who’s strength is probably not going to be in a short field situation, and is also turnover prone.

2. An offense that isn’t generally great at scoring TDs in the red zone

3. A kicking game that has been error prone. More reliable lately, bus still some bad snaps and bad kicks this season.

4. A pretty good pass rush that was having a lot of success, and it was a pretty obvious passing situation.

With Ewers playing I can buy it. Go for the win on the road. With Murphy, I tend to think just trade scores until we **** up would be my strategy. Did their coach explain wtf he was thinking?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad he did it.
