What Shanahan has been able to do with the Falcons has been nothing short of amazing. He will be in consideration for NFL head coaching jobs soon (if not this year). He's a UT grad. He's young, which has got to help him relate to recruits. And he would probably be attractive to future QB recruits after Shane and Ehlinger wrap up their careers at UT.
I know people are going to ask why he would come to a college when he could land an NFL gig. But don't you at least have to ask? Don't you give the man an interview and make him say no if you think he's the one?
