Several reports have come out recently that the FBI is wrapping the criminal investigation into HRC's email. The next step is to interview her top aides and her, before going to a grand jury with the evidence.
Of course she doesn't have to answer any questions from the FBI as is her right under the Constitution. However, politically can she take the heat for failing to cooperate with a federal investigation while running for President? She has always maintained her innocence and claimed to be fully cooperating, but her attorneys are bound to advise her to remain silent.
