Other than Texas against ousux at the Cotton Bowl, this is the only FBS matchup that gets my attention as a mid to late season game held at a neutral site that’s synonymous with college football every year. No disrespect intended against cities that host an early season game against two powers or the Army-Navy game (which is after conference championship week).
