WRT giving Charlie "full support"

Based on how the wind is blowing and the apparent guaranteed return of CS for at least 2016 let's discuss the oft used term "full support". What exactly does this constitute above and beyond what he has received thus far?

I've seen the lists of things Patterson supposedly did/didn't do. If the AD and school have decided to give him an open checkbook for a new OC and presumably other new coaches what else can be done?

Watching the Bama/Auburn game Vern and Gary remarked about the Bama coaches booth adjacent to them. They said there were 15 people up there including assistant coaches and support staff. Are we on par with this? If not is this something that can be added in an offseason?

Is the lack of "support" staff a CS choice or were his hands tied by a failure to provide the needed money? I've read multiple times about Saban and his use/abuse of the unlimited support personnel rules. Why are we not swinging the same big stick?
