Fine Ketch….top 10 for tomorrow. Best Horn combine

@Ketchum Are these the top 2? In one year? I gotta go back and look at the top 5/10 picks in the draft. But I can’t remember this much hype/fire. Bijan was great, but this feels different. Leonard Davis? Roy Williams, El Ced? Feels like those boys did it during the season and not the combine. Did Jamaal do this? He was fast as F.

Can’t wait for Alex to review this. If he’s still awake.

Gonna go on a limb here

X becomes a HOFer IF:

He isn’t injury prone

Doesn’t become big headed like TO or Chad Ocho

Goes to a team with a decent QB

No BurntOrange sunglasses here, I’ve been watching college ball for a long time and let me tell you, if he has more consistent down field QB play he would have put up STUPID numbers in college. Secondly, he has that thing, that IT factor. For a smaller WR he also has that TOGHNESS he is a MFin Dog . Lastly, not only do I feel he has a high football IQ and work ethic but he has ELITE football play speed. I hope he gets drafted by KC, wishing him the best of luck.

In Conclusion he is the Reggie Bush of this time, let’s hope he plays in the NFL better than Reggie did. My bets is on X 🤘🏽

Is Pat McAfee Show not updating the YouTube channel with segments anymore?

I know he's pretty divisive around here, but I enjoy Pat. I've never watched/listened to a full show, but I've really enjoyed watching the segments that interest me, and I've noticed over the last couple of weeks they haven't put any segments on the YouTube channel. Have they announced what's going on? Is this an effort by ESPN to force people into watching the full show?

Today's Gift (3-3); celebrating the life of DippyDawg!

Celebrate Allen!!
May 14, 1967-November 21, 2023

~~~~~~ Shaun Jones
I'm pressed for time this morning. Wanted to let all of you know that yesterday I attended the celebration for Allen Jones aka DippyDawg at the Zilker Club House. Very well-attended, roughly 125. I met Allen's widow, Shaun, who is a truly lovely woman. Her final comment to me was a question "Do you think he liked it?"
No, Shaun, he LOVED it!
I took a few pics, and there were some great old pics on display. I'll sort through them all, and post in a day or two. Meanwhile, on the inside page of the program, surrounded by old photos, was this:
God, make me an instrument of thy peace!
That where there is hatred, I may bring love.
That where there is wrong, I bring the spirit of forgiveness.
That where there is discord, I may bring harmony.
That where there is error, I may bring truth.
That where there is doubt, I may bring faith.
That where there is despair, I may bring hope.
That where there are shadows, I may bring light.
That where there is sadness, I may bring joy.
Everybody who spoke, and there were many, agreed that this is how DD spent his time, as he lived out his best years among friends and family.
In his memory, I remain,
Matthew 7:12
God bless you all.
Thats a lot of Pro-Bowls and All-Pros in those ten years. It’s a shame they couldn’t convert that talent to some decent post season success.
Instant WBB Game Analysis: It's almost hard to believe Texas won by 25
Cliffs Notes: The Texas Longhorns ended its regular-season on Saturday with a 71-46 win over BYU on Senior Night at the Moody Center.
The Participants: No.3 Texas (26-4, 13-4 Big 12) and BYU (16-14, 6-11 Big 12)
Pre-Game NET Rankings: Texas (No.4) and BYU (No. 26)
Pre-Game RPI Rankings: Texas (No.9) and BYU (No.79)
Game MVP: Freshman Madison Booker finished with a teasm-high 20 points and 5 assists, with most of her work in the first half (17 points).
Key Stretch: The Longhorns turned a 7-point lead at the healf into a runaway in the third quarter with a 23-10 run.
How Did This Happen: The Longhorns won by 25 points on a night when its starting backcourt started the night 0 for 14 from the floor. The Shay Holle/Shayless Gonzales duo finished with 5 points on 2 of 17 shooting.
Not enough help: Booker was brilliant in the first half with 17 points, but the other four members of the starting line-up combined for 3 points on 1 of 13 shooting from the floor. When you add in BYU's 12-3 edge in points from three-point shooting, you end up with the Longhorns only holding a 29-22 lead after 2 quarters.
Cash Money: Booker's buzzer-beater at the end of the first quarter was one of the highlights of the night.
