It must be nice to cater to a fan base so abjectly f***ing stupid that you can post sh*t like this, backtrack with outlandish excuse after outlandish excuse for each face-plant in a cascade of face-plants, and still have an army of boot-licking troglodytes white-knighting your dumb ass and paying you your "6figs" year after year. God damn.

Going HAMM: Predicting the Aggies' 2016 Defensive Finish by Taylor Hamm, Dec 8, 2015

Texas A&M has 10-11 spots left to fill in their 2016 recruiting class. GigEm247’s Taylor Hamm takes a stab at predicting the Aggies’ finish on the defensive side of the ball.

1. Nacogdoches DB Brandon Jones: Officially visiting Texas A&M this weekend. Has plans to make a decision on National Signing Day. The Aggies’ main competition appears to be the Texas Longhorns but the five-star prospect is still considering Ole Miss, Oregon, Auburn, LSU and Baylor. Kevin Sumlin’s program is still the overwhelming favorites to land the Nation’s top rated safety.

2. Aldine Davis LB Jeffrey McCulloch: The Under Armour All-American linebacker was a Longhorn lean in the early stages of his recruitment but John Chavis has made a big impact on the four-star defender. He will be in on his official visit this weekend and we should know whether or not he intends to announce his decision in January or push it back after he returns from College Station. If the Top247 prospect stays in-state all signs point towards McCulloch choosing the Aggies. If he leaves the Lone Star State, it will be a Stanford/Notre Dame battle.

3. FB Elkins DT Ross Blacklock: Also officially visiting College Station this week, the Army All-American is leaning towards A&M at the moment and is expected to announce his commitment in San Antonio. However, there is a chance the four-star run stopper elects to take a few more visits after the dead period so there’s a chance he ends up taking a little more time before making a commitment. Considered an LSU/A&M battle, we’re hearing the Tigers are not pursuing as hard as they once were.

4. Saguaro (AZ) CB Byron Murphy: I originally put my Crystal Ball pick in for the Army All-American to A&M back in the early spring time but after the Aggies’ lost out on the N’Keal Harry sweepstakes, all signs pointed towards the four-star prospect staying close to home. However, over the past few weeks, things have taken a turn and now the Aggies and Washington Huskies has emerged as the frontrunners. With Murphy expected to announce his decision during the dead period, there’s a good chance we see a YESSIR! pop up around Christmas time.

5. Waco DB Eric Cuffee: In a matter of a few weeks this summer, the Aggies went from being eliminated after not offering in the springtime to the perceived favorites for the Under Armour All-American. This weekend the four-star ball-hawk will be in Austin officially visiting the Longhorns but there’s not much Charlie Strong and his staff can do to delay the inevitable on January 2nd.

6. Wildcard: The Aggies will likely take more than five defensive prospects to round out this class but will they land one of the remaining targets they are “still in the running” for listed below or will they get in on an under-the-radar prospect late in the process? This time of the year is always crazy with the numbers crunch so it’s tough to predict.

Still in the running: Serra (CA) DL Oluwole Betiku, John Ehret (LA) LB Michael Divinity (LSU commit), St. Augustine (LA) DT D'Andre Christmas-Giles (Tennessee commit), Santa Fe (OK) LB Calvin Bundage, Rummell (LA) CB Kristian Fulton, North Shore DB Eric Monroe (LSU commit), Calvary Baptist CB Andraez Williams (LSU commit), Haywood (TN) DE Emmit Gooden, Wossman (LA) DB Cameron Lewis (LSU commit) and Spring Westfield DT Ed Oliver (Houston commit).

It's makes you wonder why they pay for that information.

Seriously, we could start an Aggy site, fill it with brighter sunshine and rainbows than Texags. We don't need sources to sell subs, just tell feel-good stories. We get rich and close it down before NSD!

Because desperation. Because 1939. You can't blame the pervy smurf Hammboy. He's just filling a market need and making money off of those delusional, bitter rubes.

Funny thing is they probably know that their $9.95 is buying lies and sunshine pumping but they don't care.

Hamm is a thin skinned child, so I am not taking up for him. But all guys in his field are similar, they sell sunshine. Our class was meh, so he was wrong a lot. Same thing happened to you guys in 2013 and 2014.

I would bet Alabama's mods do the best job over time, as it is pretty easy to sell sunshine with a program that selects more than it recruits.

Hamm is a child, but he was right a lot in 2013 and 2014. Not because he was any smarter, just because things were better for the program he covers.

I'm an A&M grad and I have no clue who this Hamm guy is. With that said, I wouldn't want to play at that dumpster fire either. If I was Chief I'd be PISSED.

Somewhat but he's on a different planet. He sets his crystal balls all to aggy as if he thinks he's creating momentum and buzz with them. He's not honest at all. And aggy fans lap it up.

I'd also like to see that midget call Malik "boy" to his face like he did behind the safety of his computer too.

Hamm is the mod on the A&M 247 site. I think he works pretty hard, but he gets his feelings hurt really easily and is a homer. I read his stuff, but you have to take it with a grain of salt.
He is no where near the homer the Texags guys are. They are pure sunshine, and the posters on Texags are much more delusional than the 247 crowd. The 247 crowd is really down on Sumlin, for good reason.

Brian Perroni is the most even handed aggie expert (expert being too strong a word). He is not as well known as Hamm because he is not a baby.

Somebody said something about a guy named Looch that works there as well. Supposedly a complete idiot who chased some recruit into a public bathroom once. Weirdo.

That was Hamm aka bathroom boy. He scared a kid off to OU with that perviness.

Hamm is the bathroom stalker. "Looch" is Liucci, the muff-bearded moron that covers recruiting on texaggy.

Hamm is also the perfect racist aggy, created a firestorm on twitter week before last when he called Malik Jefferson "boy".

Those predictions are hilarious. Hamm is unprofessional as all get out and I am not sure what he brings to the table. He's certainly not irreplaceable. College football recruiting message boards aren't really known for their professionalism or class(members or moderators), so I imagine his ridiculous antics aren't a big deal to most.

Eric Cuffee....there’s not much Charlie Strong and his staff can do to delay the inevitable on January 2nd.

Love. It.

Fellas, I'm totally jazzed at the thought of what UT's last 2 recruiting classes are going to do the next couple of seasons. I believe the foundation has been laid for Texas to start competing for the Big 12 title again very soon. All the pieces seem to be in place and if we continue to get these types of recruits the next couple of years then talk of a Natty is not out of the question.

But I would be lying by omission if I didn't say that watching ATM slide back into irrelevancy the next couple of years will fill my heart with joy and my lungs with laughter too! Those knuckle dragging, back biting, butt thumper's 2 minutes of fame are quickly coming to an end. They've used up all their SEC good will and it's going to be a blast watching that program implode . . . and then watching the fan base eat their young in the process!

Somebody pass the popcorn and the 3-D glasses because it's about to get real up in here!!

In all fairness, a lot happened since December 8th. You had 2 quarterbacks leave the school, offensive coordinator that we all knew would be fired, and kids that at the time WERE A&M leans, and some of them very strong leans. Fired AD's and talk of Sumlin getting fired. It was the perfect storm for every school to come in and get in recruits ears about A&M and direction they were going. Hamm is the least of A&M's problems. Sumlin screwed this up and I can't believe he is actually still the coach. His tune changed on several kids once all of this crap started happening with A&M. I'm really not trying to defend Hamm because frankly I couldn't give a rats piss what he says, but I'm just saying in this case there were some circumstances not many could see coming.

True to some extent, but a number of the recruits that Hamm and Liucci had been calling aggy leans and locks were actually comfortably in the Longhorn fold before any of the December drama took place. And even into mid- and late January, they were still calling recruitments competitive that were in fact already completely decided behind the scenes. It's just amazing how poor some services' access to good info is (including several of the Texas sites), and very few (none that I actually know of) are worse than those two.

First, those two are not respected by anyone in the area they cover due to their utter lack of professionalism, so their connections and access to legitimate info are poor. Second, they filter whatever info they come across through a lens of homerism more egregious than even the worst offenders on the Texas sites, and this prevents them from properly evaluating the inconsistent and often deliberately misleading info that recruits put out in today's recruiting game; instead, they selectively interpret anything they hear that's pro-aggy as solid info and dismiss the rest. (Alternatively, they deliberately mislead their subscribers for profits. That's a plausible explanation, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and argue that it's most likely a combination of bad intel and a ferocious case of confirmation bias that leads them to put out such terrible info.)

When reality unavoidably asserts itself, they convince themselves -- and, in turn, their facile followers -- that everything was going just fine until some recent intervening cause appeared, attributing much more power to the causes they're pointing to than they actually possess.

This isn't new. This is how they've conducted themselves year after year after year.

You're right. I did repeat myself on that aggy racism. Sorry to offend your delicate sensibilities on the Longhorn site, aggy.
Hamm is a douche bag for sure, but calling someone you have never met a racist is over the top. I just consider being a racist too serious to throw around wildly. Gives the actual racists cover, when it is used as a put down. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't a racist, but just call him a little prick next time. Lots more evidence it is correct.

I don't know scholz, what is worse? (Not that I approve of either but..) A sticks and stone racist or a fruitcake that follows a teenager into a bathroom to corner him.......? One's obviously wrong but not harmful (I'm sure the kid could handle himself) the other reeks of fetish gone awry. Who follows a kid in to the crapper.....? Really?

Taylor Hamm has penis envy a dos badly wants to be ahead of Texas that he reaches in desperation. Lucci does as well to a great extent. Some fans on both sides have so much hate that they miss reality

Oh I'm sorry, I thought y'all were talking A&M again. My bad.

What is "boy" a 60's term? Not familiar. I guess if you're a hammer everything looks like a nail.....
