when all the smoke clears on this deal Coach O is going to be found out to trying to cover his own ass. LA Tech never contacted him or anyone with LSU....The truth will out...
I don't think so. This issue was initially brought up by media associated with the team, not Coach O. Coach O just verified it in his press conference.
But what's the big deal. Coach O said that he does not blame the team cramps on the A/C problem so that doesn't sound like he's trying to cover his a$$ to me. And if the Tiger players were actually flopping to slow down your offense, it didn't work so the final game results would be the same anyway.

It is a bit of a leading question. Coach O does not ever himself say that there was no AC, only that La Tech "told us about it". What is "it" exactly. My guess is that even with the AC on (and from one texas writers source it been an ice box before the game) things heat up in a relatively small visitors locker room stuffed with 100 hot sweaty athletes. It may not hold at 72 degrees and at 80 degrees start to feel a little warm. La Tech probably recommended bringing a few extra portable units to keep things cool.

AC works, AC may have a hard time keeping up with record heat and 100 heat producing bodies, no one has said it wasn't turned on, LSU advised to bring supplemental units by La Tech.

Also internal reports from facilities say the visitor locker room was at 68 prior to game time and 74 after the game.
ESPN should do a little introspection. They need to determine why their collective heads are up the SEC's rear end. Texas needs to break away from ESPN asap.
