I just spoke with Goodyear Desert Edge DL Deshawn Warner and it sounds like the visit was a tremendous success. Warner will visit Washington on Tuesday and Kansas next weekend. Those two, plus Texas and Oregon State, make up his top four.
I asked where Texas stands heading into those last two visits and he said Texas is the team to beat coming out of this weekend.
DL Melvin Hills is waiting to meet with Sark but tells me it was a great visit and he had all of his questions answered. He's down to Texas and Ole Miss with Auburn having an outside shot. His plan is to commit on July 15 and he told me right now he honestly couldn't put one school over the other out of his top two. No more visits for Hills ... now he just works towards a decision.
