"They haven't played anybody." I wanted to know if there is water in this particular canteen. So I looked. My question, how did these teams do against other teams. What's reality? How much did Texas' passing defense hold them under (or allow over) what they have done against other competition.

Colorado St-
Passing against Texas- 74
Avg Passing in all other games- 215
Percent over/under Texas d limited or allowed, passing- 34%

Michigan-
Passing against Texas- 204
Avg Passing in all other games: 97
Percent- 108% over
Michigan comes with a giant asterisk as they changed Qb and style, going almost complete running game.

UTSA-
Passing against Texas- 132
Avg passing in all other games- 307
Percent- 43%

ULM-
Against Texas- 54
Avg passing other games- 123
Percent- 44%

Miss St
Against Texas- 144
Avg passing other games- 305
Percent- 47%

OU (sux)
Against Texas- 148
Avg other games- 169
Percent- 88%

Avg passing percentage Texas holds teams to (with Michigan)- 61%
Avg passing percentage Texas holds teams to (without Michigan)- 51%

This is a meaningless projection but if Texas holds GA to 51% of their avg passing-
GA avg passing per game- 318
Holding to 51%- 162

Maybe just interesting to me.
