Alabama/Georgia for the NC. Who ya got?

It is what it is. A NCG with two SEC teams. I think Georgia beats Bama. If you've watched this Alabama team all year you can tell that they're off from their normal type of team. They've got some key injuries at RB, WR and LB. Georgia has no weakness. Their defense is the best in the country, they can pound the rock and they have an all-world TE. The only slight weakness that I see is at QB for Georgia. IMO Brice Young isn't of the caliber of previous Bama QB's,. I would guess that the line will be Georgia -2 1/2. I'll lay the points with the Dawgs!

In the SEC CG, Saban reminded everyone why they should never bet against him. Most folks including myself thought Georgia would win that game. When I watched that game it looked like the Jimmy's vs the Joes to me. I think Georgia gets a little intimidated playing Bama. I'm going to go with Bama. Don't forget retard Aggie will try to claim some type of participation award from the whole deal since they beat Bama.

Also Stetson Bennett looks like a poor mans Greg Brady from the Brady Bunch so he needs to get beat

Good point weevilcatch! It amazes me how much time we spend bitching about the Aggies, dissecting Lincoln Riley's exit and whether Venables will have an equal amount of success, and the strength of the SEC relative to other conferences. Shows you how far we've fallen.

Although I will definitely watch the game, I could give 2 sh*ts about any of the above.

Agree. Bama’s receivers really made Georgias secondary look vulnerable. Mechie is out which is big but Williams is another speed burner that abused Georgia the first time.

I agree, honestly at this point I just watch to be envious of Bama and the sheer talent they put on the field year after year

I’ll be interested to see if the portal and the ability to transfer more freely now makes it tougher for teams like Bama to stack 5 stars on top of each other the way they have since Saban got there. Guys aren’t gonna want to wait anymore to see the field and make some NIL cash

Well, it’s football banter which is cool. I’ll bet on Bama but I probably won’t watch the game. I’m not excited about rematches. One thing college football had over NFL were unique matchups. We’re losing that. We’re moving closer to 16 4 team pods of “haves” in which you’ll play 6 games against your pod, home and home, and then a balanced non conference sched. 16 pod winners meet in a 16 team playoff in which we’ll see more of the same shit.

It’s boring. It’s unoriginal and I probably won’t watch much.

I think Georgia is the better more talented team. Georgia is better at OL, RB, TE, DL, & LB. The DL & LB groups for both teams are ridiculous. Bama is better at QB & WR. Bama might be a little better at DB, but neither is as good as normal for these squads.

But I'd go with Bama because of 3 things. Bryce Young, Nick Saban, and Bama is freaking Bama.
