Alex, I know the basement is already extremely time consuming, but I noticed that almost all of the routes on the last drive Ewers was in (the 3 point drive) were 5 yards or less. In fact, all day and increasingly all season it seems like our routes are getting shorter ... and when they are there, Ewers checks down unless the other routes are WIDE open. I suspect that will change with Maalik since he likes to throw a little deeper. It would be interesting to see the numbers now on their own merit ... are we getting too predictable with the short stuff? But it would be even more interesting to see the difference if Maalik's cannon is unleashed.
To be clear, I'm asking for where the receiver actually catches the ball (not including YAC) and then route depth - I guess best guess as to where the ball would have been caught if he threw it to that route. It would also be nice to track which read he went to (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.), but that is DEFINITELY asking for too much.
