There is clear coordination among these people who are leading the worst of the looting. Piles of bricks are being dropped off at areas far from any construction projects. Young, white people dressed in all black are arriving at scenes with bludgeoning tools and accelerants to start fires. They are reportedly in possession of expensive, advanced communication devices to elude cell phone tracking by authorities. If Federal LE agencies are not making the tracking and dismantling of these groups their top priority they are not doing their job.
