I’ve been juicing up the workout regimen this year beyond just bench, curls, and 40 yard dash. After years of resisting have even started to include “leg day.” Pretty happy with results so far. Helps my BJJ game a lot and I even caused a douche to burst a blood vessel in eye with a beastly triangle choke a couple weeks ago.

Anywho, one of my gym bros sent me a resume for a personal trainer he thinks we should hire. Seems qualified and all and around pretty good. Lots of chicks around the guy so that is a good sign—can’t workout with a dude who isn’t scoring on the reg.

Butt what I don’t get is the thing he allegedly specializes in, which is called “power bottom.” Is that some kind of a new fangled squat routine? I honestly hate lifting weights and am solely doing it for chicks and better fighting. I don’t wanna ask them and look like I am not up to speed on all things workout related. Don’t care what you assclowns think lmao

I could care less about being a top notch power bottom or whatever. Do you guys think it is worth investment?
