It’s far right BS like enacting a trigger law banning abortion that makes me have to side with the nutcase Austin City Council. Roe v Wade falling could be the biggest boon for Dems we’ve seen in our lifetime. Too many conservatives don’t agree with outlawing abortion, especially from day 1.
To be clear, overturning R v. W is legally correct. But the states who have enacted laws to make abortion illegal from day 1 are idiots and it will backfire for GOP.
