Word on the street is that Weigman didn’t take getting benched very well and there were some arguments with coaches. When they showed Weigman on the sidelines he didn’t look engaged with anything going on. I’m thinking Elko is going to stick with Reed for rest of the year. Weigman will probably transfer anyway and he doesn’t want to risk pissing Reed off as well.

There’s the aggie rationale we all know and loath… everyone was telling y’all that mizzou and LSU were frauds. Go look at ND’s weak schedule and tell us who they’ve played who’s worth a shit. Regardless of delusions, your SOS is trash. You barely creeped by Bowling Green, Arky, and Miss State. I’d say y’all even got lucky to catch a bad Florida team early in the year. Go take a real look at your schedule. I mean REALLY look at it. We know you’ll never admit it to us, but at least try to be honest with yourself. It’s really soft and you have no business talking trash about anyone else’s schedule.

I haven’t said we had a hard schedule compared to a typical SEC schedule. The road games are harder for A&M would be the only difference. What is your hardest SEC road game this year? A&M, Vandy and Arkansas. Is your only road night game against A&M?
It didn’t do anything for the playoff. Win out and we play in Atlanta. New Mexico, Auburn and Texas. We are tied for first so not sure your logic. South Carolina was whipping LSUs ass until Sellers went down and still should have won. They lost by 1 or 2 to Alabama and should have won that one as well. In your logic your best win is a lower mid tier team that is having a decent season but very mid tier.
Come on BBA, you’re better than that. Don’t stoop to the typical aggy transitive theorem. You play the team on the schedule, not their other opponents. What Miss State did against Incarnate Word doesn’t matter.
Your defense is legit. Your offense is, well let’s just say, predictable. Especially with Moss going down. At the end of the day, if we both win out, the winner of our game plays for the SEC belt. I‘ll take that all day long.
And I’ve good news for you BBA, if this scenario plays out Case McCoy won’t be playing. Y’all will probably have the advantage at QB this go round.
I was hoping for both to be one loss teams in the top 10, but it’s still a lot to play for. I don’t like Miss going down. He was our work horse.
Daniels is ok but the back up Smith sucks. Agree on offense. Klein is the problem more than talent. Reed has been held back a bit. Klein’s offense just doesn’t make sense. I think the defense can put pressure on Quinn which that has shown to cause problems with him. But, if he stays on his feet there are plays to be had. I don’t think we are out of the woods even against Auburn..no they aren’t good but any given day.
A top 10 matchup would be awesome. I hate to say it because part of me wants to say “F&$k Off” to playing again but college football is better when we play y’all. It’s everything that is still right about college sports (except for your gay ass yell leaders. That will always be just WRONG.).
So far Klein < Snyder but maybe he grows into it.
