Ketch was able to recall some recent prospects in today’s podcast. Very impressive, but wanted to review the the top players.
James Street - won a natty in football and led Texas to three college World Series in baseball. Dominated in both sports.
Ricky Williams - Heisman winner that had his time at UT paid by a pro baseball team.
Kyler Murray-was recruited by Texas, but eventually chose aggies. Legit two sport prospect that eventually became the 1st pick in the NFL draft.
Adam Dunn - played at UT as a QB and was asked to switch to TE. Picked baseball and had a lengthy MLB career.
Jonah Williams - five star football player that is considered a legit 1st round MLB talent.
Darnell McDonald- another top prospect that didn’t pan out in baseball.
Chance Mock - 4/5 star football prospect that was a legit baseball prospect.
Quan Cosby- one of top football players in Texas football history. Played four years in the angels farm system before enrolling at UT.
