is behind 17/3 at the end of the first quarter. This allegedly top 5 defense of theirs has already given up 202 yards and FSU is driving.

I don't want to digress but I can't stand the guy ever since he coached the Niners. And the Big X dominates the playoff committee. There's no way Wisconsin deserved to be in the Cotton Bowl over Louisville. I hope all their top teams get their b*** kicked in the bowl games as well as the SEC>

You can mock him all you want. They may lose. But he turned them from 5-7 to 10-3. He turned the 4-12 49ers to 13-3. He's a phenominal coach whether you like him or not. I wish we could have gotten him.

Let me say this about the man he is gifted the way I think Tom Herman is.

That being said its his attitude, his personality that rubs people the wrong way. By the end of his third season with the Niners, players were starting to tune him out. His last season he was 8/8 and by then the players completely tuned him out. I'm going to wait and see what happens at Michigan. Will he be to Urban Meyer was Mack Brown was to Bob Stoops?

As for the game itself that allegedly great defense of theirs was not great when it mattered most. And the first of the Big X's four NYS games, they go down to defeat.

This. I don't think too many people question his coaching ability - definitely one of the very best in the game. As you mentioned, it's his attitude. How many times have you seen other top coaches get into the constant media spats/shots like he has with other coaches and ADs like he has his first two years ? What's really eating away at him right now is his 0-2 mark against OSU.

The other thing that stands out is how the Michigan fan base thinks he's the second coming of JC. You can visit other major powers' boards (Alabama, OSU, Clemson etc...) and there is some finger pointing towards the coaching staff when things don't go right. I know after this year's PSU and last year's MSU losses, there was some finger pointing by OSU fans at Urban and his staff. Granted, not severe as most OSU fans know they have one of the very best ever. And the same with Alabama's fan base after their loss to OSU in the 2014 playoffs. Hey, no one is perfect. Well, no one but "Jimmah" in the eyes of the Michigan fan base. It was the refs after the OSU loss according to Jimmah and their fans and had nothing to do with Michigan BLOWING a 17-7 lead with the ball in the late 3rd quarter lead. Also, OSU outgained the weasels 216 to 46 yards from the 6:30 mark of the 3rd to the finish. It was the "crooked" refs - just ask Harbaugh and their fans.

Harbaugh is one of those guys if he's on your team you love him. If not you hate him. He rubs people the wrong way, but a lot of the great coaches weren't all that likable. Saban seems like a grade A prick. Maybe he isn't but that's the act he puts on.

Harbaugh is the real deal. Michigan was Nebraska when he arrived.
