Birmingham AL recommendations for Daughter

My daughter is starting her third year of medical school at Auburn and will be doing rotations at Grandview Medical Hospital. Any recommendations on where to live etc will be greatly appreciated. I need to get her an apartment. Seems like it’s in a good part of town from my internet research.
