My girlfriend from Nam recently found 1000's of old football, basketball and baseball cards that had been collected by her father before his passing. She has used an app that scans the cards and give various values for each card but believes the cards need to be certified before she can get top dollar. Does anyone have a recommendation for a collector or business that can certify the cards in the Houston area? Any help would be appreciated.
