CBS mail in voting experiment...

CBS sent 100 mock ballots to a PO Box from random locations. They were identical in size and weight to a real mail in ballot. 21 did not arrive within 4 days . 3 did not arrive within 7 days. It’s not clear whether the markings on the outside of the envelope were the same as a ballot. I think they were not. I think with real ballots there is the added concern of them being misdirected/destroyed by politically active postal employees.
