Like a dog on a bone......How does a booster saying that (then apologizing and taking him to dinner) make him hire and coach so poorly?? I really want to know dude.

Not to mention Ole Red was correct in what he said....

It doesn't. If anything, that comment should have motivated Strong to do everything in his power to prove him wrong. Great competitors rise to the occasion and defy their detractors.

If hired at USF, it will be interesting to see if Strong can duplicate the 2016 season record of 10-2 produced by Taggart.
