I haven't heard from the Longhorns' two official visitors (DE/LB Joseph Ossai and QB Tanner McKee), but in talking to a couple other prospects who were at the game and spent time with both players, it sounds like the Longhorns made a strong impression on both.

"We were on him pretty hard as a group," said UT RB commitment Keaontay Ingram. "We just told (Ossai), you know we want you, told him to go ahead and make the move but at the same time make the right decision for him," Ingram said. "We'll just have to wait and see. With the recruiting process, you never know."

Ingram also spent time with McKee and the two talked quite a bit during the game.

"He's a great guy. Great people. I feel like that’s what we need at the University of Texas. I feel like he loved it," Ingram said.

Texas linebacker commitment Byron Hobbs also feels the Longhorns helped their chances with Ossai and McKee during their weekend visits.

"Of course I did some recruiting. It wouldn’t be fun if I wasn’t recruiting. I feel like we made some progress," Hobbs said.

I'll try to catch up with McKee and Ossai to get their thoughts on the visits.
