A comedian made that observation about Trump and Kamala and I thought it was interesting and true.
You have Trump on the one hand who's basically a stand up comic at times (at his rallies and his tweets), but I'm not sure anyone has ever seen him laugh in public.
On the other hand you have Kamala, who has never said anything funny, but is laughing constantly. Some of her word salads are funny in hindsight, but that's not intentional, so I don't count that.
