The head of Goldman Sachs this morning on Fox News said that that report came from one of their independent analysts and was based on a lot of assumptions about which policies of each would actually be implemented and in what fashion. Even at that, with all favorable assumptions toward the Harris plan the difference would be less than 2/10 of 1 percent. Essentially said don't put our name on your plan.
