Greatest tweet of All-Time #hookem

Sooooo glad those clowns left for the S-E-C., S-E-C, S-E-C. We used to have to withstand ear bleeding, completely detached from reality arguments like that from these dipshits on the reg.

Haha at the end she says UT & A&M are like OU and Ok State. That’s the most lopsided rivalry in all of college football.

And does A&M really have more “money” than Texas? I don’t think so.
Think the year before they raised more in a capital campaign to rebuild the tackle box. It was an anomaly.

Best part is when she says “that’s like saying A&M is like Oklahoma State is to OU” and they all immediately respond “YES, it’s exactly like that!” Awesome.

OK State was previously Ok A&M, so yep. That one was so far over her head that she didn't even know to duck.

With all of the new excitement today and Sark’s comments about Texas being the flagship university of the state, I just wanted to revisit this glorious tweet as a celebratory reminder of where we stand. #hookem

Her: "Like Oklahoma and Oklahoma State"
Everyone: "YES!"
Her: "No wai-"

Has me rolling every time.

I'm still trying to figure that one out. If I remember correctly, they were panicking because their first loan payment was coming due and they needed donor help to make it?

This was at the time that Aggie jumped ahead of everyone in endowments because they had just raised a ton of money for their new stadium. That money has since been spent and they are no longer ahead of Texas.
Yeah, it was a one year spike, because they included all the money they had raised FOR YEARS for their stadium upgrade in that one year since that was when the expenditure occurred. One of the biggest agroid eye-roll moments of all time.
They were never even close to “ahead of Texas.” Just another in a long line of schemes to try to “get out from under the shadow” of big brother. Laughable as always!

Wood.

If she kept her mouth shut. Well, for certain things.

At the time it was sort of true. Aggie had raised a ton of money for their new stadium and jumped ahead of everyone. They have since spent that money and dropped back behind Texas.

It has never been true. Not even close to ever being true. Stadium donations are not part of a university's endowment and if they were, funding for the most expensive stadium in history wouldn't come close to making up half the difference between UT and a&m.

As of September 2019:

UT Endowment - $31.0 billion
agGy Endowment - $13.5 billion

Who's the dumb bitch?
They all work for Barstool. Second from the left is Dave Portnoy, the founder and President of Barstool. Riggs is a blogger and contributor on the far left. Big Cat is the second from the right. He's easily the second biggest personality on Barstool (behind Portnoy) and one half of the Pardon My Take podcast. The girl is Kaycee Smith who is another blogger/personality on the site, and obviously went to aggy.

A&M doesn't come close to Texas in Athletic revenue. Mainly due to merchandising. UT has been #1 in that category for years.
If I recall correctly, around the time when they recorded that, aggy had just jumped Texas in revenue for that one year and one year only. It had a lot do do with the big capital project at kyle field they had just completed fund raising for.

The end is great, but I especially get a kick when Portnoy pauses dumbfounded for a second and then laughs in her face. (Right about the 40 second mark)

Scroll up, I posted a link to a Forbes article explaining what she was referencing. They were tops in revenue one year because of how they counted stadium donations.

They made more money in either 2018 or 2019 in donations, it was the only time ever. And it was special circumstances that I can't remember right now. But they never HAD more money. ACES

Too funny! I'd not seen this before, but when she asked him "based on what?" I practically yelled out at my computer "Everything!" only for the guy to say "everything" a second later.
