They made more money in either 2018 or 2019 in donations, it was the only time ever. And it was special circumstances that I can't remember right now. But they never HAD more money. ACES

I posted a link to the Forbes article about it earlier in this thread. They counted donations for new stadium towards revenue for a few years which caused them to momentarily be the leader in revenue. That money has since been spent and they’re not number 1 anymore.

I’m too lazy to look it up, but please someone compare the relative achievements of Michigan St, Oklahoma St, and A&M. They are not even on that level. More like Georgia Tech.

The reality is that A&M’s main claim to notoriety is through their rivalry with us. Just like how they now want to mooch cred off the SEC. They are the ultimate college sports parasites.

They love to do that. When they do, it gives me an excuse to comment that if they really want anyone outside of A&M to respect the 12th Man legend then they need to send a 150 pound engineering student on to the field to play linebacker for a series. In a real game. They would only need to do it one time, but if they would I would respect the 12th Man as the greatest tradition ever. But since they never will, I'll just call it the most overhyped tradition ever. They get real mad when I say that.
