Thanks westx...and I agree with your post 100%. Be consistent for every team in every league.

I think inconsistency is the biggest problem with officiating in any sport at any level. You can't let both teams hold all game and then call it in the final 5 minutes on 1st and goal from the 7.

Very good point. First minute or last minute should be called exactly the same.
