Who is Ashley Hodge??
Orrrrrrr .... maybe the plan was get Briles fired, wait for C Strong to struggle again, then Briles takes over the UT job with all of his top recruits in place!
Bowlsby was recently quoted as saying that BU is cooperating. We remember the same thing.
By releasing recruits from LOI? Ha! Again, pardon my skepticism, but I'll bet a dollar that with the recruits gone his (and Boren's) interest will wane.Bowlsby was recently quoted as saying that BU is cooperating.
Lunatic mod at BearsTruth(LOL)247. Insinuated that Sam U's victim was a slut just minutes after he was convicted. Wrong about everything.
Not to mention it makes no sense. If she was a slut, he wouldn't have had to rape her.

Anger phase? If there is a way to state my position stronger, let me know and I will adopt. Boren had a parade in front of the cameras, demanding all information by the end of the week. Baylor released the recruits. No statements since. This is the same Boren who has allowed Joe Mixon and Dorial Green Beckham on his campus. The ONLY difference between those cases and Baylor is that no one knew what was going on in Waco. Stoops was out front. Before you say that is a big difference ---- if the purpose is to protect the young ladies on campus - then there is NO difference. Sexual assaulters were knowingly and willingly welcomed on the OU campus. Hey - we cleaned most of the house (still trying to figure out this assistant coach thing) - they did nothing. So to see Boren and Bowlsby express their righteous indignation, proclaiming that they want to protect the young ladies, only to see them walk away from their line drawn in the sand after recruits are released - that is difficult to swallow. My anger is not at releasing the recruits - I've come to the conclusion that we should shut it down for a year, go hire the Navy coach, and start all over in the wishbone - my anger stems from the hypocritical pile on from those who supposedly care. You should probably step away from the keyboard while you're going through the anger phase. You are better than this.
Did you see the "Constantinople" and "Affirmative Action" threads on this board? There are crazy people everywhere!diadevic- you need to take a look at baylorfans.com and baylor247. It's not overblown. I see crazy people.
Tope Imade.Texas is going to have a monster OL for years to come, cant to wait to see Shackleford, Connor, Vahe, Husdon, Delance, Okafor, Urquidez as upperclassmen
We all know how rankings can be inaccurate at times, but, man, it is hard to believe we are only at 7 with the latest round of new recruits.

Was there any mention of UT? Bowlsby is a boob, and Boren is a hypocrite. So pardon me if their parading around the newspapers with a deadline last week, followed up by silence this week, makes me vomit.
Truth. Not sure how any $ooner can point a crooked finger in Baylor's direction. Their starting RB Joe Mixon broke a girl's face in 5 places, DGB pushed a girl down a flight of stairs, Justin Chaisson kidnapped, beat and threatened to murder a girl and Frank Shannon attempted to rape one. They allowed all 4 of these scumbags on their squad after these crimes against females. This is the same Boren who has allowed Joe Mixon and Dorial Green Beckham on his campus. I do have one revision to myI'm not disagreeing with your assessment of either of them, but I believe this was the statement in question:
http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...assaults-report-information-release/86240570/
... and this was the "silence" or whatever:
http://sportsday.dallasnews.com/col...cuments-relating-sexual-assault-investigation
So... they're waiting to hear more about something but understand that the situation may require them to wait...? I guess?
Well, if were REALLY skeptical - now that Hudson, Duvernay and Urquidez signed with UT, Boren's righteous indignation will resurface!
Huge difference. Baylor lied, covered up hope nobody found out, still trying to lie and cover up. That shenanigan that POS Briles pulled with his settlement shows you all you need to know about him. Again Scholz, you're the last person that should be calling out others for being hypocritical. I'm not going to get into here in this thread but you're well aware of what I'm talking about.Truth. In Shannon's case, OU even had their own Title IX investigation going on because not only did the university not protect the girl, their fanbase harassed her to th point she left the school. Because football. Not sure how OU is getting a pass in all of these discussions except maybe everyone expects such despicable behavior from Norman. But for OU leaders to speak up on the issue of violence against women is the height of hypocrisy. Ridiculous.
Did Brentwood get banned or did he slink off in shame?

Really? Yeah I'm sure the parents of the players that have been suckered in by Briles' best Iraqi Information Minister act are real pleased about it. Think it might have changed recruiting a little? All of this while parading around as a private baptist college. It's much worse. Get a life.Yeah. OU was in your face about not caring of players crimes vs women. Stupid BU for trying to cover it up.
Both schools condoned violence against women for football wins. The only difference is this kind of sub-human, despicable behavior is fully expected from one of the schools.Huge difference.
