I have a talent for misplacing things. I'd lose my dick if it wasn't attached. For some dumb reason, I can't operate my big screen tv without the remote - no buttons on the freaking thing. Got tired of losing the remote so I ordered two more universals cheap on Amazon. The other day when I had lost all three I finally did what I'd been thinking of doing for years.
Took the damned remote and taped it securely to a string which I tied to my floor lamp next to the couch. Haven't misplaced the bastard since.
Thinking about doing this to the nail clippers, a pen, my iPad, the scissors and a couple dozen other things.
It feels good to be free.
