San Francisco is paying $37,300 per homeless person each year. Common sense would say to set up some sort of mental health screening to see who can work and then just give them a city job like protesting ICE or counting illegal school board votes. For the people that can't work for 10% of the cost to support them you could buy them an ALL EXPENSES PAID trip to their choice of a dozen Mexican resorts. One way ticket....two weeks hotel....all you can eat/drink. When Mexico is forced to deport them we refuse unless they take back their citizens OR they build the wall.
