I know people are concerned about the hoops Portal timing with new hire

I’m not one bit. For several reasons.

1. CDC most certainly will have his guy hired with time to work the portal that opens Monday.

2. If money is there and hire is right (little reason to doubt) then Portal work will be done well.

3. Early portal commits are ripe to flip by our guy.
