Same role Cumbie had at TCU. Work the running game plan, develop and recruit, offer raise. This promotion might be necessary due to rumors of other OC offers.
Two other assistants would be Curtis Looper (current RB coach at TCU) and Jay Boulware, current RB/RC coach at OU. Looper has coached WRs before and was recruiting coord at Auburn during their title run. Boulware is a former Longhorn and making his waves as a monster recruiter in Texas. Boulware could be offered RB or TE position. Looper could coach WRs or RBs.
