To deprive the Middle East and former Soviet Union of economic clout in the global economy, and it was finally admitted by the heads of mathematics at several premier universities that the science is so complex that it cannot be settled (they would never stick their necks out), and temperature readings showed cooling, would it change anything?

There are so many tangible problems with solutions that even today's politicians can get to work on, but this is not one and has become a religious type deal. It is disheartening the amount of work put into this when we have injustice due to incompetence in several areas of this great land, terrible prisons and jails along with laws making judges squirm when they send people away for decades, inadequate protection of the border, inadequate military readiness, and all sorts of things right minded people on both sides of the aisle should be doing. Our government was not founded to deal with stuff like mother nature or health care, why is this what people want it to deal with?
