how do you guys know if the ones advertised as "low emf" are really low emf? IS there a site somewhere that measures this stuff so you know if it is truly low EMF or not?
is it set up in the house? Does it make the rest of the room too hot when in use if so?We have the Sunlighten Mpulse and love it. Greatly helps my sleep when I use it in the evening.
Yes, we have it set up in the corner of our home gym…the single person unit is about the size of a phone booth. It doesn’t have an effect on outside room temperature at all that I can tell. Have friends that set them up in the garage and that works great too.is it set up in the house? Does it make the rest of the room too hot when in use if so?
Ours is in our house and no it does not heat up the room. Heat completely contained in the unit.is it set up in the house? Does it make the rest of the room too hot when in use if so?
We have the three person Sunlighten IR and love it! Can watch Netflix while baking. Agree on better sleep!
Sweating out toxins is the medical benefit.I had no idea anyone still gets into a sauna. Assumed it was old fashioned and no real medical benefits. I bought a steam shower a few houses back and it was ok but did not feel any better.
It was about $4,500.00 installed. My wife from bam goes to an infrared sauna place and swears by it….about what did it run you to buy and install the S820?
Possibly…the literature as I understand it shows that the primary benefit of sauna is a decrease in the body’s inflammation by an increase in heat shock proteins.Sweating out toxins is the medical benefit.

There can be multiple benefits, but ridding the body of cadmium, mercury, and other heavy metals seems like a good idea to me.
