Infrared Saunas

how do you guys know if the ones advertised as "low emf" are really low emf? IS there a site somewhere that measures this stuff so you know if it is truly low EMF or not?

We have the three person Sunlighten IR and love it! Can watch Netflix while baking. Agree on better sleep!

bought a Radiant Health IR about 6 months ago. Love it. Use it about 3-4 times per week.

I had no idea anyone still gets into a sauna. Assumed it was old fashioned and no real medical benefits. I bought a steam shower a few houses back and it was ok but did not feel any better.

Just got home to confirm mine is the Sunlighten mpulse. Seats 3. Looks nice and works very well. It does not heat up the entire bathroom. Only downside is it needs about 30 mins to get super hot. Otherwise no complaints at all.

is it set up in the house? Does it make the rest of the room too hot when in use if so?
Yes, we have it set up in the corner of our home gym…the single person unit is about the size of a phone booth. It doesn’t have an effect on outside room temperature at all that I can tell. Have friends that set them up in the garage and that works great too.

Yes. If we use it night we sleep very deeply. If we use it in morning it gives us energy. And yes we love to watch Netflix in our Sunlighten!

We got the Clearlight Sanctuary (outdoor unit). Great purchase and would highly recommend.

Sweating out toxins is the medical benefit.

Possibly…the literature as I understand it shows that the primary benefit of sauna is a decrease in the body’s inflammation by an increase in heat shock proteins.

There can be multiple benefits, but ridding the body of cadmium, mercury, and other heavy metals seems like a good idea to me.

Outside, I have a Finlandia sauna. I bought the internal shell and had someone build a more aesthetically pleasing exterior than their kits that look like huts.

Next to it I have a cedar tub, with a chilling unit that keeps the water in the 45 - 50 degree range for cold plunging after a sauna.
