Evaluation: Speed, speed and more speed. Although I wouldn't quite rank him as high as a guy like Desean Jackson was rated coming out of high school, Moore's game is quite similar at the same stage of their developments. Basically, Moore has two elements to his game right now.... throw it to him deep and let him run by coverage or throw it to him short and let him outrun everyone to the end zone. It's not the most refined set of skills at the wide receiver position, but it's highly effective at the high school level because when he gets a step on the opposition, he typically is leaving them behind.

Why it matters: The Longhorns are re-stocking the wide receiver unit and Moore gives the group the kind of game-changing pace at the position that he covets. Steve Sarkisian wants as much speed on the field as possible at the wide receiver position and Moore immediately becomes one of the fastest players at the position in the program.

Expectations: It remains to be seen how quickly Moore will be able to adapt to the college game, but he has a chance to develop into a multi-year starter for the Longhorns in time. There are aspects of his game that need to be refined, but he has the one thing you can't teach and that's the ability to scare the hell out of opposing defenses with his ability to run by them.

Must See: How fast is Moore on a football field? Watch this video of him chasing down a defender to get a good idea.
