Supposedly climate change is to blame for food insecurity. Which is an interesting claim since worldwide food production is going up (not down as MATF tried to claim). #1 problem is logistics. Getting food to hungry people.
One of my veteran buddies has designed a "green house" built/housed in a shipping container which is "hydroponic" basically a self contained system that grows plants, vegetables and fruit at an amazing rate.
His vision was to help feed the homeless but I see it as something we should have on every school campus at least in the inner cities.
Now I love the cause but JG blaming climate change is pure ignorance when the world is producing more food not less.
Otherwise I praise her efforts to help children
