A little background on Owens. He's 6-2 and about 200 pounds. He won the fastest man competition at Friday night's UT camp. He also competed in the dunk contest. He's been clocked as low as 4.31 in the 40-yard dash, including at a Baylor camp.
Good sized kid who can really move. Texas likes him as a high safety or at the joker position.
