I'm wondering if this will be the next Ewers vs Milroe debate. Both were interested in Texas and we basically had the choice of either QB. It looks like the national Rivals guys think that Russell is the better QB with a massive ratings boost and KJ dropped almost 50 spots. Looking at the industry rankings, Keelon is ranked as a 5 star and KJ is a 4 star.
