I turned 70 in December and immediately started falling apart. I tore some cartilage in my left knee during the Aggie game running to get a beer from the garage between commercials. Saw an orthopedist who shot it up with steroids. A week or two later I started to have some pain in my left hip. Saw the same orthopedist but it didn’t seem like hips were his thing. Now the pain has gotten much worse so I need to find another doctor who specializes in hips. Appreciate any recommendations.
