I did some checking around tonight to be safe. Here’s what I can tell you as of a little bit ago. Fasusi has remained in contact with all three schools until the very end. He has talked to Texas as recently as this week.
He has done a good job of keeping everyone guessing. I’m told he has not given any hints about his decision to people in Austin.
While all of that might open the door for a glimmer of hope for Texas, I do not expect the Longhorns to be the pick. I feel pretty confident in saying that much. My FutureCast pick is on Oklahoma.
