My soon-to-be seventeen year-old daughter is being forced by the state of Mississippi to take a drug test. This is being conducted by CPS. This all came about due to her ex-boyfriend's pill-popping alcoholic mother. She got upset because my daughter broke up with him so she made an anonymous call making false allegations. How can a state agency force a minor to take a drug test? They are treating her as if she is a criminal. They are suppose to protect our children not harass them? Any suggestions?
