If we have NGOs that are 100% dependent on government funding or even significantly dependent, they aren’t really a NGO. We pay taxes for government services, I don’t want my money directed to special interest charities, even if I agree with the cause, it’s my choice to make the donation, I don’t need a bureaucrat to do that for me.
